i sent my gift card in over a week ago and the other site i used has already received my card, processed my payment, and now payment's been sent from paypal to my bank, and giftah is showing that they haven't even received it yet. they won't respond to e-mails or facebook contact and the helpline doesn't work. this site is bs and probably a scam. i'm reporting it.

I think you should add a link for HOME or BUYER INFO - like how to retract a bid, or basic info about payments and disputes. All the info is in the agreement when you register but not easy to find afterwards. And to get back to previous pages you always have to click BACK because there are no quick buttons to maneuver the website.

If you do not reply to the 2 emails I sent you by the end of next week, I will report this website to the police as a scam, and ask your hosting service, ISPs, and google to remove your website.

I want to cancel all of my sales now, and there does not appear to be a way to do that without acquiescing to the sale of the cards. Also: some actual support would be nice.

Seriously, you click one card and a terrible AJAX thing rolls up and pressing "back" doesn't work. Drop your Web 2.0 crap and stick to making a website that works first.
